Bay State Federal Bank is undergoing major growth in its Retail Banking services.

project by Cambridge Publications. This project involved a complex interface
development between the One World ERP Finance/P.O. Operations and the Procurement
functions as performed in the PSDI Maximo software. The client is based in
Venezuela, so the potential issues were magnified by the language differences.
A critical success factor for this project was the understanding of specific
needs for change management and documentation. CPI performed interviews and
developed reports that helped me determine what to deliver and how best to
do it. CPI consultants acted professionally, in a very courteous manner, and

Adobe FrameMaker.
The learning curve that could have been inherent in such a switch, as my
technical writing staff and myself adapted to the new software, might have
led to a hiatus in product availability.
