We create, manage, personalize, and deliver information that supports our customers’ key strategies and initiatives.

Senior Technical Writer

We are seeking freelance technical writers. The skills we most desire are the ability to think logically, write clearly, and come up to speed quickly on complex software packages. You will be expected to work collaboratively in a team environment, to be able to multi-task, and to be flexible enough to support unexpected changes in schedules.

We need someone with a lively mind who is mindful of the relationship between technology and the user community. The work we do is heavily user-oriented, much of it for the enterprise software, internet infrastructure, and e-commerce markets.

You will be expected to know how to use Microsoft Office and Adobe Framemaker. You will also be expected to know how to write differently for different purposes and different audiences. Experience in creating user documentation is required. Experience with WinHelp, HTML-Help, help authoring tools, online training, multimedia, or instructional design is a plus.
