Client: Define Engagement Methodology

An important part of Cambridge Publications business is creating methodologies and playbooks for a broad range of businesses and functional departments.

For this client, we created a high-level specification for their process of defining a new consulting engagement. For this project, we brought business modeling and consulting process experts in to speak with the customer. The process definition was used as the basis for a more detailed consulting methodology.
