IBM / Lotus: Sales Playbook and Implementation Toolkit

Cambridge Publications created an online methodology playbook to support and enable the efforts of Lotus Notes business partners. The methodology was intended to shorten the process of selling and deploying Lotus Notes to small and mid-sized businesses—the resellers' target customers.

The playbook contains a roadmap, or step-by-step process, for both selling and deploying Notes. In addition to the methodology itself, the playbook includes many sample worksheets to support gathering information needed to understand customers' technical and business environments. The playbook outlines a common, best practice-based process for rapidly selling and deploying Notes in a consistent, standardized manner.
