SAP AG: Business Process Training

Over the course of a partnership lasting almost ten years, Cambridge Publications has developed many methodology and implementation tools for SAP. The product described below represents just one example from the large body of work created by Cambridge Publications for SAP and its subsidiaries around the world.

Implementing SAP always involves both technical and business dimensions of a company's operations. Cambridge Publications created a presentation designed to communicate the business benefits of adopting a best practice-based implementation toolkit called the Business Engineering Workbench, which shortens the SAP implementation cycle. Cambridge Publications also developed the AcceleratedSAP (ASAP) and ValueSAP implementation tools for SAP.

We chose the jigsaw puzzle as a visual metaphor, to graphically illustrate how different components of the Business Engineering Workbench fit together. Clicking through the menus highlights various sections of the puzzle and triggers an interactive presentation describing each component. This presentation conveys a corporate look and feel, yet the careful use of color makes it bright and cheerful as well.
